Dr. Joseph Cangemi is Emeritus Professor of Psychology, Scholar-in-Residence, and editor of the International Journal of Leadership and Change at Western Kentucky University. Dr. Cangemi is also President of Effective Leadership and Change, LLC. He's become a trusted consultant to Fortune 500 comanies around the world including, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Emerson Electric, and Bridgestone/Firestone. Dr. Cangemi is the current National Chairman, Board of Visitors, School of Education, Syracuse University.

Andrew Head is Finance Executive-in-Residence at Western Kentucky University with over 14 years of financial services experience. Mr. Head also serves as the Director of the Financial Planning Program and Director of the Center for Financial Success at WKU as well as being Managing Partner at Journey Financial Management, LLC.

Erik van Dijk is Principle at LMG Emerge. Erik worked formerly with Noble Prize Laureate dr Harry Markowitz on the construction of an innovatve framework for asset allocation and risk management. Their work was published in the prestigious Financial Analysts Journal (2003). LMG's proprietary asset allocation system is based on this joint research effort. The system includes (up to) 100 countries and (up to) 6 asset classes. The subject of research in 2006 at the Sloan School of Management (MIT), LMG Emerge was created to provide users with a unique coherent and independent service package based on a subscription model. When selecting asset managers or advising entrepreneurs on their Emerging and Frontier Markets investments, we use the asset allocation system as an important analytical tool.

Samuel J Hunt is doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Western Kentucky Unviersity. Samuel's research has focused on neurogenesis and intelligence.
